An end to the canoeing season...

As the summer comes to an end, I find myself praying for rain -- no more rentals! We're all a bit burnt out here at the WAC. I will only be working another week here, and then I'll split my job between two different YMCAs. And Noe will be working at Pizza Hut making pizzas! He is also doing yard work and handyman stuff on the side. So if anybody needs some yard work done, let us know!

I'm working the whole weekend, but we'll be heading to the Sounders' game on Tuesday -- the first time our team has been to the U.S. Open Cup Semi-finals! Unfortunately the Sounders lost last night 0-2, ending their 15 game winning streak and shutouts. We are still in first place in the USL, however.
