School's Out For the Summer

36 weeks

School's finally out and I'm left waiting around for this damn baby!  I've also got about 10 more days until we can start moving, so it's not worth packing much up yet.  We've got all of baby's stuff and my teacher boxes lined up along the dining room wall, ready to move, so there's not much room for anything else to be packed up yet.  Noé's been working (landscaping) just about every single day, unless I beg him to take a day off, which is usually like Mother's Day, Father's Day, or right now I'm trying to convince him NOT to work on the 4th of July since he's working every single day besides that.

I'm down to the weekly visits with my OB-GYN - everything is going fine with the pregnancy, just that baby might measure a little big.  I've been dealing with swollen ankles, feet, and hands, and my maternity clothes starting to not fit.  But baby could possibly come any day now since I'm at full term (37 weeks) and the due date is less than 3 weeks off.  Of course he could also come late...They'll do one more ultrasound at 39 weeks just to check baby's size.  They estimate him to be a 9 pound baby, and already weighing 7.5# at this point (and he grows 0.5# per week), based on his head circumference, which isn't always the most accurate measurement.  He could really be any weight coming out!
